AdMobiSpy does not share, sell or otherwise distribute its clients’ personal data to any third parties. AdMobiSpy may provide access to its clients’ personal data in exceptional situations only. The above-mentioned exceptional situations may include but not be limited to:

• if AdMobiSpy is expected to disclose its clients’ personal data in order to fulfil the requirement of the existing legislation or relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.
• If the client agreed to disclose their personal data including the situations when they accept the terms under which the respective service is provided.

AdMobiSpy may transfer or disclose summary information to third parties provided that this information does not contain any personal details and cannot be used to identify the user. Such non-personal information that defines the user’s uniqueness and at the same time preserves their anonymity may include:

• age group;
• family status;
• geographic location;
• number of shows.

AdMobiSpy can use cookies to collect non-personal information that may be identified with the user’s browser. Cookies do not contain any information about the user’s name, address, telephone number or other personal data that can be used to identify the user. The access to the client’s personal data stored on the AdMobiSpy service and their personal account settings is password-protected.

AdMobiSpy reserves the right to change this privacy policy at its own discretion and undertakes to inform its registered users about any such changes in a timely manner by contacting them at the email address they used to register with the service. Registration on the site

By registering on our service, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information about yourself and your contact details. Upon the completion of the registration process, you will receive a login and password that will allow accessing our service. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your login and password. You are also responsible for any actions committed under the given login and password. If the login data is lost, you agree to promptly notify us about it.

Refund

Property rights

Teaser and ad networks’ logotypes are property of their respective owners and are used by the AdMobiSpy service without infringing someone else’s intellectual property or other rights, i.e. for the purpose of information only.

How we use personal information

The information we request, collect and process is primarily used to provide users with the product or service they have requested.

We process data as an email address for creating new user profile in our system. Also you can create a new profile with Google account or Facebook, that provides us data: photo, name and email.

All user data, that we get, need our system for confirmation of registration.

We collect personal information about our users in order provide our products, services, and customer support.

The purpose for which we process it is creating new user in Admobispy service or authorization of the current user.
